True Gloss Elite Coatings (ABN 34 684 818 960) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, and details about your vehicle and the service you are interested in. We also record how you found us (for example, the advertisement you clicked) so we can understand which advertising is useful.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, quote and book your service, take your deposit, send booking confirmations and reminders, and provide aftercare and warranty support. We may contact you by phone, SMS or email.

Who we share it with

We work with a small number of service providers to handle enquiries and bookings, including our marketing partner Convert Co, which manages our advertising and may call you on our behalf, and the software we use to manage enquiries. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which may receive limited information about your visit and enquiry, sent in a secure hashed form where applicable, to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia.
